Stock investments made during 2007, lost money but Turbo Tax 2007 states I owe money?

Hello, I made a lot of less than 1 year stock trades. At the end of the year, I lost money. I used Turbo Tax 2007 and choose it to import my investment information directly from my broker, it states I owe money. How come? I lost money overall.
Does anyone know someone in New York City that can help me with this? This is a mess right now.

I was wondering what to do I have stock investments at UBS I got a letter the other day telling me that my stock broker took his group out of UBS and they went to Morgan Stanley. My stockbroker wants me to switch to Morgan Stanley and leave UBS what should I do? Is UBS in trouble and thats why the group left? I need some advice. I cannot figure out why my broker took his group and left UBS for Morgan Stanley. Is Morgan Stanley better than UBS?
